The HKKMS is going to have a event on on Re-thinking Organisational Change, with sharing by John Hovell, Head of Organisational Development and KM for BAE Systems.
John Hovell, the speaker from the UK, will offer an intriguing perspective as to what the future of organisations could be. “Putting the human back into business”, shifting from hierarchical human DOings to collectively engaged, productive human BEings. Specifically, Mr. Hovell will briefly describe the specific 5 knowledge management and organisation development trends to consider.
