There will be a free Experts' Forum & Info Session relating to management consulting by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University on 27 July.  As a KM consultant, or even as a KM Director in an organization, it is important to understand the needs and the challenges or the target organization.  Hence the knowledge of analyzing a business or an organization is important.  This info session might give us more hints.
