Recently, there is severe social dichotomy in Hong Kong. Factions among groups keep on yelling "you are not representing me". Daniel recently submits his doctoral research on Learning Organisation for high business performance. The paradigm of acculturation is discovered in the course of investigating the traditional Chinese community relationship. In this 2 hours session, the sharer will walk through the academic research in Acculturation. Two game sessions are planned to equip participants of embracing a native approach in local acculturation process.
