"Knowledge Management" rarely stands alone to show the values to the business and operations, neither accepted as the cornerstone for small business being conglomerate. In contrast, the word ‘Innovation’ is interpreted as the magic word, which can cross the border and level and draw people attention and interest. It can inspire action and drive commercial values. However, is there any linkage between knowledge management and innovation.

Our speaker William Ng, one of the core Practice Group members of KMP2P since 2013, will share his insight to link KM to Innovation. Inspired by Professor Rivadávia C.
