In the last semester, as part of the ISE 5605 Knowledge Communities module, one group of students chose to carry out a review of KMP. As knowledge practitioners, we should take every opportunity to reflect on our own practice, especially by outside parties. Therefore we have invited Louis Fan, a member of that group, to share their findings with us.
After Louis’ presentation, we will discuss both the findings and how KMP can respond to improve our practice. We welcome KMP members and current students, as well as interested KM practitioners. Join us for an evening of learning and reflection.

Louis Fan started MSc KM study since 2015 and will be graduating this year. He is currently working in learning and development (L&D) function. He has served the leading organisations of different industries, namely catering, accounting and professional service, and social services. KM can make L&D as well as HR function more effective. He believes that graduation is another start of his KM journey. |
