Dr. Wu 吴庆海 and his company 孙行者, a famous KM practitioner in Beijing with 15+ years of practical KM experience in large international corporations, is going to organize its second KM workshop (Summer session) of 2017 in Shanghai.
The main theme for this summer workshop will be 如何成功运营知识管理 (How KM can be operated successfully) - 实践、中立、专业 (practice, neutral, professionalism), with focus on the practical issues met by KM responsible people within organizations. Emphasis will be on practitioning sharing, in-depth discussions, summary of methodologies, and experience sharing. The workshop will address the following issues:
- How to design KM project style operation plans
- Core issues in the practical business context
- How to integrate internet mindset in the operation of KM
This summer workshop is going to be held on June 21-23, 2017 in Shanghai. It is a good opportunity for underrstand the practical execution of KM in China, as well as connecting with the KM practitioners in China. This workshop is organized by Dr. Wu 吴庆海. He was the former CKOs of several large international corporations, including Siemens & COFCO, etc.
