Many times we went to seminars where companies keep talking about their KM efforts, their achievements, how they contribute to the companies, etc. Everybody talks about KM, and seems everyone succeeded.

以中文寫反思日誌（Reflective Journal）還是頭一次，此文為2014年8月29日於深圳騰訊大厦舉行的中國知識管理實踐者聯盟鋒會的紀錄，及對我國知識管理(KM)的發展和學術研究所作的一個短評。

是次參與鋒會的企業有中粮、華為、騰訊、阿里、搜狐、順豐、招商証券、新東方、jobsDB等等。除jobsDB外，其他都是有名的中國大企業，是我等自命KMer的大喜訊。這些大企業的參與正好提供KM在我國發展的洞察和趨勢：
