Authorized personnels with valid @kmp.hk email addresses can access to emails through the browser (webmail access):

If you forget your password, please notify the Executive Committee.  You will be given a new password.  With the  new password, you can login to this webmail access, then you can change your password accordingly.

Due to the limited sizes of the mailboxes, the email setup is normally 250MB only.  Emails will be arranged so that it will be forwarded to your private email address automatically.  You can also configure your email client such as outlook to receive emails.  Configurations are as follow:

IMAP port:  993
POP3 port:  995

Outgoing Server:  kmp.hk
SMTP port:  465

Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3 and SMTP.
